Foundations of Ayurveda

The one that sets the stage for a journey of self-discovery and holistic wellness! 
  • Discover what Ayurveda truly is and it teaches you how to work with your body instead of constantly trying to fix it.

  • Meet the 5 Elements (earth, water, fire, air, and ether) and see how they shape everything- your digestion, your moods, your energy, and your day.

  • Learn the three Doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) the energetic patterns that influence how you think, move, rest, stress, and operate.

  • Leave knowing your unique constitution, so you can stop copying wellness routines from Instagram and start supporting your body in a way that actually makes sense.

Your Kitchen Essentials

The one where you learn how to make homemade ghee & other Ayurvedic kitchen essentials!
  • Learn how to turn everyday meals into subtle medicine! This is our cooking week to cook for a calm nervous system, boost digestion, and keep your energy steady instead of crash-and-burn.

  • Make your own golden ghee and learn why this sacred fat has been fueling digestion, hormones, and glowing skin for 5,000 years.

  • Stock your Ayurvedic spice shelf with confidence! We’ll cover the essential herbs and spices every kitchen should have.

  • Leave with 10+ simple recipes you’ll actually want to make.
  • Unlock the secrets of your energetic body by learning how marma points (energy centers) influence your heart & emotions..

  • Receive your own Kansa Wand + custom body oil and learn how to practice the daily ritual at home.

  • Work with specific marma points to gently open the heart space.

Breathwork & Horses

The one where you hang out with horses & learn Ayurvedic breathwork exercises.
  • Learn the power of Pranayama: simple, ancient breath practices that help regulate your nervous system and balance your emotions

  • Work hands-on with the horses: noticing how your breath, body language, and emotional state affect the way they move and connect with you.

  • Learn how your breath drives your emotions and how standing beside a horse (who literally breathes slower than you) can teach your nervous system how to settle down and soften.

  • Leave knowing how to create inner peace on purpose and trust yourself more deeply.
  • Integrate the practices and wisdom from our time together  so they become part of your real life.

  • Embody a deeper sense of self-love and inner harmony. The kind that comes from understanding yourself and honoring your needs.

  • Simmer in the vibrational tones of a Sound Bath + Reiki ceremony, allowing yourself to be enveloped in a cocoon of relaxation and renewal.

  • Leave celebrating your journey, your resilience, and your relationship with yourself!

Each week is hands-on workshops.
We’ll cook together, practice together, breathe together, and even step outside with the horses together. This isn’t a drop-in lecture series; it’s a community experience. You’ll leave each class not only with new skills, but with connection — to the practices, to yourself, and to the women learning right alongside you.

What If i can't make every class?

It’s ideal to join us live each week- there’s nothing like learning in person, practicing together, and building connection over time. That said, life happens. Every class will be recorded and available online a few days later so you won’t miss the teachings or tools.

Is this more educational or experiential?

Both. You’ll learn the “why” behind Ayurveda, but you’ll also practice it - cooking, breathing, self-massage, working with horses, and integrating the tools in real time. This isn’t just information you’ll think about... it’s wisdom you’ll actually feel in your body.

Can I drop in for one class only?

Drop-ins are only aviliable for I-Love-Me alumni who have previously completed the full series. Because each class builds on the one before it, the experience is intentionally designed to unfold as a complete journey. This structure allows for deeper integration, stronger connection, and more lasting transformation.

Do I need any prior knowledge of Ayurveda?

Not at all. This series is designed for beginners and the Ayurveda-curious. We start with foundations and build from there, keeping everything practical and easy to understand. No Sanskrit quiz at the end, I promise.
